What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Permanently erased within 7 days

  • Profile details

  • Vitals recorded

Data deletion according to National Health Authority (NHA) policy

  • Medical records

  • Consents

  • Data shared with doctors and facilities

Data retention for 3 years

  • Payment transaction

  • Legal and Regulatory logs​

Important Notes.

  • Some data (e.g., transaction history) is retained for regulatory and compliance reasons.

  • You can revoke consent for sharing medical records separately via any other ABHA compliant app.
