Certain services in the App may use ABHA, Aadhaar-enabled verification, ABDM, hospitals, or other healthcare systems to provide services requested by you.
Information received through such services is processed only as required to complete the requested healthcare or ABDM-related transaction.
Health Information
5eCare may enable users to access or manage health records through ABDM and participating healthcare providers.
Health records accessed through ABDM are subject to applicable user authentication, authorization, and consent mechanisms.
We do not sell users' personal or health information.

Delete Account from the App
Open:
5eCare App → Profile → Delete 5eCare Account
and follow the instructions shown in the App.

Please mention the mobile number registered with your 5eCare account.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize information associated with your 5eCare account, except information that must be retained for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
Deleting your 5eCare account does not automatically delete information independently maintained by hospitals, ABDM, ABHA services, healthcare providers, or government systems.
Third-Party Services
Certain features of 5eCare may interact with healthcare providers, ABDM services, government systems, or other third-party services.
Information handled directly by such third parties may also be governed by their respective privacy policies.
