Request Account and Data Deletion

This page allows you to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data stored in our systems.

How to Request Deletion

If you are logged in to the app, simply go to your Profile section → Delete 5eCare Account to initiate the process.

Alternatively, you may use the form below to manually request deletion.

    A: It will take up to 7 working days.
